What Does Communities In Schools Mean to Me?

What does Communities In Schools mean to me?

To me, it's making a difference in a person

whose gone down the wrong road,

Or letting you know you’re not alone,

there’s someone there to help you carry the load,

Anything from alcohol to family problems,
You name em'

and they probably know how to solve ‘em!

I feel that the CIS program is a place I can turn

when I’m having a bad day.
I can go sit down with my mentor

and he reminds me that life’s OK!

If your feeling like you have no where to turn

And you’re down and stressed,
Well, There’s no need to cry, thanks to CIS

I’m an eyewitness that CIS can make a difference

No matter who you may be.

And if you all need proof,

just take a look at me!
